When a centenarian institution, creator of the corner store concept and ambassador of the chic à la française, decides to reinvent itself, nothing is left to chance! For a successful transformation, Galeries Lafayette decided to get their 12 000 employees on board. 4uatre built a 12 month internal roll-out programme to release and spread the new brand platform while creating a collective excitement for the new visual identity.
Besides, we also imagined and directed a short film to present the Galeries Lafayette Group to all the involved parties (internal, external, French and international)
Videos, goodies, games, intranet, exhibition, brand book and more, allowed each and every one to better understand and support the strategy.
